Michael helped me purchase a lot in Black Forest. His negotiation skills were impeccable! I was nervous about buying a lot for a build, I have never built a home or bought acreage property before. Michael was able to answer all my questions as well as educate me on numerous things I did not know of or think of. Michael was able to help me during the process of the sale, which went extremely well, as well as help me with inspections and tests that are necessary before doing a build.
